2. About TripDiscover
TripDiscover is a travel group discovery and comparison platform. We aggregate information about Instagram-based travel organizers to help travellers find and compare group trips. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not arrange, sell, or guarantee any travel services.
3. No booking, no liability
TripDiscover does not facilitate bookings or handle payments. All arrangements are made directly between the traveller and the travel group organizer. TripDiscover is not liable for any disputes, cancellations, or issues arising from travel arrangements made through contacts found on our platform.
4. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that trip details, pricing, and group information are accurate. However, information may change after publication. Always verify details directly with the travel group before making any commitments.
5. User-submitted content
By submitting a review, you confirm that it is based on your genuine experience. You grant TripDiscover a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review on the platform. Fake, defamatory, or misleading reviews will be removed.
6. Travel group organizers
Organizers who list their groups on TripDiscover confirm that they have the right to offer the trips listed and that all information provided is accurate. TripDiscover reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The TripDiscover name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of TripDiscover. Travel group names, images, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
